Pina Colada Ice Cream Pie

Vegan whole wheat pie crust

1 cup fresh pineapple, diced

1 scoop PCN vanilla (Pure Charge Nutrition 15% Discount Code- GreenZone15)

½ cup unsweetened coconut milk

4 frozen bananas

2 tablespoons unsweetened coconut flakes

(Optional) 1 Stevia packet for added sweetness


  1. Prepare pie crust according to package directions
  2. Blend bananas, milk, 1 tablespoon coconut flakes, protein powder and (optional) stevia until smooth (ice cream consistency)
  3. Stir in ½ cup pineapple
  4. Pour into pie crust, top with 1 tablespoon coconut flakes, ½ diced pineapple
  5. Place in freezer to harden for 30min-1 hour

Dairy Free Ice Cream Pie

*Note – Store leftovers in freezer in Tupperware container.  When serving leftovers, let sit on counter for 30 minutes to soften.
