How do I sign up for a class?

Register at www.GreenZoneFit.com to reserve your spot in a class of your choice!

What do I need to know about my first class?

PLEASE ARRIVE 10 MINUTES EARLY! Yes, this is important! This 10 minutes before the class will be utilized for warm-up time (stretching, rolling, light cardio, etc.) and instructions on the workout circuits. The class will start promptly at the time scheduled and last for exactly 30-minutes. DON’T BE THE ONE TO WALK IN LATE!

After class you are free to spend an extra 5 minutes for a cool down before the next class arrives.

Do you have showers?

Yes! We have showers and locker rooms. Please bring your own lock if you want to use a locker.

Do you have child care?

Yes! You have two options for child care (both options are per child):
1. Sign up for our monthly unlimited option for $19.99
2. Pay $10.00 per drop off

We want to give you the opportunity to set time aside for YOU. Our Kids Zone attendants provide a safe, worry-free environment where your little ones will have plenty of activities, games and crafts to keep them entertained while you burn some calories! Our Kids Zone team members are all CPR/AED certified and background checked.

SPACE IN CHILD CARE IS LIMITED SO IT IS IMPORTANT TO RESERVE YOUR CHILD’S SPOT ON THE CLASS CALENDAR!

Do your memberships expire?

Our memberships are month to month and will automatically renew at the end of your billing cycle. You can cancel at any time without penalty. Personal training packages will expire 6 months from purchase date.

How do I cancel my membership?

Cancel at any time by contacting customer service (888-65-GZFIT) or emailing support@greenzonefit.com.

Will my unused class sessions carry over if I cannot use them within the month?

Unfortunately not… your sessions will refresh every month to the amount your membership dictates. So, make sure you take full advantage of your membership and make it to all of the classes you can!

Can I cancel my reserved class?

Yes (but we hope you don’t)! If you find you can't take class and you cancel 12 hours or more before class, you will not be charged and that class credit will remain on your  account. However, if you don't cancel 12 hours before, you will lose that class and you will be charged a $10 late-cancel fee.

Can I try a class for free before purchasing a package?

Yes! We encourage you to sign up for your first class for FREE!

Can I bring my friend/family member to class or to use the gym?

Yes! The more the merrier. Your friend/family member can try their first class for free. You can also add one family member to your membership for $19.99 a month (each family member you add is $19.99 a month). Add a family member by contacting us at support@greenzonefit.com or speak to a trainer.

How old do I have to be to join?

Anyone 14 years of age or older is welcome to workout in our facility. Members who are 14 or 15 years old must workout with a parent or legal guardian that has signed as the responsible party. Members who are 16 or 17 years old may workout unaccompanied, but a parent or guardian will need to sign as the responsible party.

What if I can’t perform an exercise during class?

Our classes are designed for ALL levels of fitness! Your trainer will provide variations for each exercise to make them more or less challenging. You can feel comfortable coming to class to push yourself to levels you never thought possible!

Can I have my body fat tested?

Even better than that, we have a top of the line 3D Body Scanner. This scanner not only takes your body fat, but also takes your muscle mass, full body measurements and more! All of this data can be viewed on your individual profile. Most gyms charge $20 or more PER SCAN, but this is available to all of our members for FREE.
