Forward Jump Squats × 100m
The final stretch. Explosive legs, burning lungs—finish strong or not at all.
The Gauntlet is a high-intensity fitness competition designed to challenge your strength, endurance, and mental grit. It combines functional movements, timed efforts, and a bit of strategy. It’s meant to push you hard—but it’s also fun, supportive, and full of energy.
Expect to be actively working for about 40–90 minutes, depending on your pace and fitness level. This doesn’t include your check-in or warm-up time. Once you start, it's go-time from start to finish.
Nope! The Gauntlet is for anyone ready to push themselves. While it’s designed to be tough, we offer modifications for some movements and a variety of weight options to make it more accessible. That said, be prepared—it’s still a challenging event.
Start times are first come, first serve based on when you register. Once you sign up, you'll get an email letting you choose from the remaining available start windows between 6:00 AM – 12:00 PM. Three competitors will start at the same time every 10 minutes. If you want to start with a friend make sure you both sign up ASAP to request the same start time.
Arrive at least 30 minutes before your scheduled time to ensure you are warmed up and ready to go!
Every registered participant receives:
Entry into the Gauntlet
A free FitMousse or FitBite after you finish
Every finisher gets entered into a raffle for prizes and cash
