Creating healthy, delicious meals does not have to be complicated! We started creating easy-to-follow recipes for our clients to set them up for success in kitchen as well as the gym. They were so popular with our clients (even those who didn't follow a plant-based diet!) that we wanted to share them with all of you! Our recipes have a balanced amount of macros to ensure you are optimally fueling your body. They are made using minimal ingredients and as many whole, non-processed foods as possible. All of our recipes can easily be made gluten-free and most can be made in under 30 minutes.
