- 1 cup sliced strawberries
- 1 large peeled frozen banana
- 1 scoop vegan vanilla protein
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/2 teaspoon stevia or similar sweetener (optional)
- 1 cup coconut milk
- Add all ingredients to a high speed blender and blend until desired consistency.
- Top with coconut flakes, strawberries, bananas, etc…
