Change Your Body with FIT30!


This 30-minute Function Interval Training (F.I.T.) Group Training class is a unique blend of strength training and cardio exercises that are engaging and designed for ALL levels of fitness. The workouts will incorporate a variety of strength training equipment like our sled push, dumbbells, kettlebells, battle ropes and machines. Cardio will be a blend of body weight exercises and machine intervals (bike, treadmill, rower, elliptical). Our experienced instructors will provide variations for each exercise to make them more or less challenging for you!


These high-calorie burn classes emphasize full-body strength training and cardio performed in a HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training) format. This strength training/cardio blend allows you to achieve maximum results in minimal time by burning fat and reshaping your body with lean muscle. No matter what your current fitness level is, you can feel comfortable coming to class to push yourself to levels you never thought possible!


We have the latest 3D Body Composition Testing and Group Heart Rate Monitoring Technology to provide an interactive approach for you to compete and stay engaged in your fitness journey. Remember, what gets tracked, gets changed! Therefore, we offer FREE 3D body scans that track your body fat, weight, measurements and more. Looking back on your scans, you will be able to see all of your amazing progress.

Track your heart rate, calories burned and overall effort with our heart rate technology! You can use this in all classes and any time you utilize the facility. You can also compete in gym-wide fitness challenges!
