1 container silken tofu

Juice of a small lemon

2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar

2 cloves garlic, minced

1 teaspoon onion powder

1 teaspoon Dijon mustard



  1. Place all ingredients and blend until creamy.
  2. Refrigerate for 30 minutes before serving
